MAN OVERBOARD FROM S/V ANNA LISA VICINITY 14-44.6N 041-31.6E AT 280540Z JAN. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
