M/V AZTECA REPORTS CREWMAN WITH BROKEN LEGS IN 09-30.2S 049-42.4E. VESSELS IN VICINITY ABLE TO PROVIDE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE REQUESTED TO ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO VESSEL, INMARSAT-F: 764025234, MRSC SEYCHELLES COASTGUARD OR MRCC BREMEN.
