M/V ROYAL, 16 PERSONS ON BOARD, SINKING IN 20-19N 135-33E AT 250519Z. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD.
