1. M/V AL SALAM BOCCACCIO 98, 1400 PERSONS ON BOARD,
   SUNK IN 27-08N 034-31E. VESSELS IN VICINITY
   REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF
   POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 188/06.
