NORTHWESTERN INDIAN OCEAN. DNC 02. M/V CHANG HE, 12 PERSONS ON BOARD, SANK IN 06-50.00N 052-38.00E. CREW ABANDONED SHIP. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
