EASTERN SOUTH PACIFIC. CHILE. NAVTEX. 1. NAVTEX STATION TALCAHUANO OFF AIR. VALPARAISO PLAYA ANCHA RADIO ASSUMES CONTROL AND WILL TRANSMIT VIA SAFETYNET. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 1971/14(76), ASSISTANCE RECEIVED.
