BAY OF BENGAL. DNC 03. 1. SEISMIC SURVEY IN PROGRESS UNTIL 31 JUL BY M/V POLARCUS AMANI IN AREA BOUND BY 18-15N 091-02E, 18-15N 092-09E, 17-30N 092-09E, 17-30N 091-03E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL THIS MSG 01 AUG 16.
