M/V IRENES VISION REPORTS CREWMAN WITH DIAGNOSIS LIVER BILE INFLAMMATION REQUIRING MEDICAL ASSISTANCE IN 31-31S 008-51W. VESSELS IN VICINITY ABLE TO PROVIDE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE REQUESTED TO ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO VESSEL, CAPE TOWN RADIO OR MRCC CAPE TOWN.
