UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V OMS DISCOVERY ALONG TRACKLINE BETWEEN 12-17.50S 124-20.00E AND 12-28.84S 130-49.79E. 0.5 MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
