MOZAMBIQUE CHANNEL. MAN OVERBOARD FROM S/V BLUE NOTE IN 25-53.92S 038-21.91E AT 030510Z OCT. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO CAPE TOWN RADIO OR MRCC CAPE TOWN.
