EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 13. 1. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ FROM AIRCRAFT IN 08-48.8N 129-15.8W AT 230846Z JUL. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
