TUG SUMANGLA, DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN 10-28.28N 080-05.00E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
