INDIA-EAST COAST. TWO MEN OVERBOARD FROM F/V IRAIVAN VICINITY 13-25.5N 080-19.0E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
