1. M/V ODIN EXPLORER DISABLED AND ADRIFT IN VICINITY 18-27S 115-00E AT 210420Z NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE, REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 2241/06.

- Loose and moving with wind and current — a vessel, container, buoy, log or anything else no longer secured.
- Position (degrees and minutes)
