DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED FROM M/V MATTEN IN 16-14.8N 114-03.7E AT 090150Z DEC. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC HONG KONG, TELEX: 82952.
