SOUTH CHINA SEA. DNC 23. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN 15-15.00N 112-45.00E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC HONG KONG, PHONE: 852 2233 7999, FAX: 852 2541 7714, E-MAIL: HKMRCC@MARDEP.GOV.HK.
