M/V JASMINA DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE CASUALTY VICINITY 03-05S 047-21E AT 060300Z DEC. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
