DNC 06.
1. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED FROM S/V LUMIERE'S LIFERAFT,
   ORANGE HULL, TWO PERSONS ON BOARD, IN 21-50.6S 154-45.2W.
   VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT,
   ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC PAPEETE OR 
   ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.

Reading this warning

DNC (Digital Nautical Chart): A reference to one of the regions of NGA's Digital Nautical Chart, used to tell the reader which charts a warning affects.
