1. BARGE KG 09299 TS SANK IN 09-22N 103-49E ON 28 AUG.
   TWO PERSONS MISSING. VESSELS IN VICINITY
   REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST
   IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC VUNGTAU,
