NORTHERN INDIAN OCEAN. DNC 03. 1. F/V SAYANI 01 DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE FAILURE IN 00-20N 092-30E AT 220510Z AUG. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
