EASTERN INDIAN OCEAN. AUSTRALIA-WEST COAST. DNC 04. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V JOIDES RESOLUTION VICINITY 28-40.2S 113-33.6E. 2.5 MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
