PHILIPPINE SEA. DNC 12. 1. M/V MAMAUTARI ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE FAILURE IN 26-23.73N 135-42.63E AT 141100Z JUL. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT AND GIVE A WIDE BERTH. 2. CANCEL THIS MSG 171100Z JUL 18.
Reading this warning
