WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. PHILIPPINE SEA. DNC 12. 15 METER F/V YUJIN MARU NR 21 DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE FAILURE IN 24-09.8N 133-49.5E AT 190515Z JAN 15. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
