BAY OF BENGAL. SRI LANKA. DNC 03. 1. SALVAGE OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V NEW DIAMOND IN 07-30N 082-39E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 2626/20.
