SIX METER F/V, 13 PERSONS ON BOARD, DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE FAILURE BETWEEN ANJOUAN (12-15-00S 044-25-00E) AND MAYOTTE ISLAND (12-50-35S 045-08-18E). VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
