TIMOR SEA. AUSTRALIA-NORTH COAST. DNC 04. CABLE LAYING OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP ILE DE BATZ IN 12-06.2S 130-13.1E. 2.5 MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
