TIMOR SEA. DNC 04. UNDERWATER OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY CABLESHIP ILE DE BATZ ALONG TRACKLINE BETWEEN 11-20.4S 127-22.3E AND 11-21.1S 127-22.1E. 2.5 MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
