WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 24. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED FROM VESSEL NO101 KUMYANG IN 40-38-52N 150-04-55E AT 252112Z JUL. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 811 3427 6172.
