WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 24. 1. F/V NO.101 KUMYANG SANK IN 40-38-52N 150-04-55E. 35 PERSONS RESCUED, THREE PERSONS REMAIN MISSING. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 811 3427 6172. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 2717/18.
