NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 12. CAPSIZED VESSEL REPORTED IN 34-26N 170-50E AT 220715Z AUG. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JRCC HONOLULU, TELEX: 392401, PHONE: 808 535 3333, FAX: 808 535 3338, E-MAIL: JRCCHONOLULU@USCG.MIL.
