NORTH PACIFIC. DNC 12. 1. 25 METER F/V JIN LONG TAI NO.6 FOUND CAPSIZED IN 34-18N 170-24E. NINE PERSONS REMAIN MISSING. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
