WESTERN INDIAN OCEAN. MOZAMBIQUE. CABLE LAYING OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V BLUE CASTOR ALONG TRACKLINE JOINING 25-49.7S 032-58.7E, 25-59.7S 033-27.8E, 26-14.2S 034-03.7E, 26-27.0S 034-34.1E. WIDE BERTH REQUESTED.
