INDIA-WEST COAST. F/V COLLIDED WITH BARGE, TAKING ON WATER IN 20-26.9N 071-36.2E AT 092230Z DEC. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
