ANDAMAN SEA. DNC 03. 1. M/V M. STAR 1, BLACK HULL, SANK VICINITY 09-54N 096-50E ON 03 SEP. 14 PERSONS RESCUED, ONE PERSON REMAINS MISSING. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
