SEA OF JAPAN. F/V SHANS-101 ADRIFT AND SINKING IN 46-06N 138-35E AT 282300Z JAN. 15 PERSONS MISSING. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
