VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 811 3427 6172. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 3054/19.
Reading this warning
- DNC (Digital Nautical Chart)
