EASTERN NORTH PACIFIC. MAN OVERBOARD FROM M/V ITAL MELODIA IN 46-41.8N 165-12.7W AT 042100Z FEB. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
