SOUTH CHINA SEA. INDONESIA. DNC 11. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED FROM M/V BAO LUCKY IN VICINITY 05-41-32N 107-39-31E AT 27 OCT. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
