SOUTH CHINA SEA. DNC 23. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ FROM VESSEL, FIVE PERSONS ON BOARD, IN 18-17.1N 116-48.8E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC HONG KONG, PHONE: 852 2233 7999, E-MAIL: HKMRCC@MARDEP.GOV.HK.
