SOUTH CHINA SEA. DNC 23. 1. FIVE PERSONS OVERBOARD VICINITY 18-39N 115-18E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO MRCC HONG KONG, PHONE: 852 2233 7999, E-MAIL: HKMRCC@MARDEP.GOV.HK. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 3345/15.
