ARABIAN SEA. PAKISTAN. DNC 03. SURVEY OPERATIONS IN PROGRESS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE BY M/V HAI YANG DI ZHI JIU HAO TOWING 8000 METER LONG CABLES IN AREA BOUND BY 24-42N 066-15E, 23-56N 065-37E, 22-40N 067-17E, 23-28N 067-46E. FIVE MILE BERTH REQUESTED.
