WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. PHILIPPINE SEA. DNC 12. F/V DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE TROUBLE IN 18-48N 139-02E AT 161630Z NOV. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
