F/V KIFUKU MARU DISABLED AND ADRIFT DUE TO RUDDER TROUBLE VICINITY 16-48N 140-54E AT 032200Z MAR. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO ANY COASTAL RADIO STATION.
