1. 380 TON M/V TEMOTU ADRIFT DUE TO ENGINE TROUBLE IN
   17-48N 137-07E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO
   KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS
   TO JAPAN COAST GUARD.
2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 620/01(22).
3. CANCEL HYDROPAC 650/01, 646/01 REFERS.
