1. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ IN
   31-10-22N 122-22-51E AT 200756Z OCT.
   VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A
   SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO
   JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 812 2365 6957.

Reading this warning

DNC (Digital Nautical Chart): A reference to one of the regions of NGA's Digital Nautical Chart, used to tell the reader which charts a warning affects.
