1. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED ON 406 MHZ FROM
   M/V LA CHIMERE IN 49-15-34N 160-52-06W AT 201126Z OCT.
   VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT,
   ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD,
   PHONE: 812 2365 6957.

Reading this warning
