VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 812 2365 6957. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 3445/15(93), ASSISTANCE RECEIVED.
