PHILIPPINE SEA. DNC 23. 1. M/V EMERALD STAR, 26 PERSONS ON BOARD, SINKING AND CREW ABANDONING SHIP IN 19-01N 124-46E AT 122054Z OCT. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 819 8866 4999. 2. CANCEL HYDROPAC 3494/17(18,91).

- DNC (Digital Nautical Chart)
