WESTERN NORTH PACIFIC. PHILIPPINE SEA. DNC 23. DISTRESS SIGNAL RECEIVED FROM VESSEL EMERALD STAR ON 406 MHZ AT 121830Z OCT IN: A. 19-02-56N 124-52-26E. B. 12-59-20N 150-33-39E. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE. REPORTS TO JAPAN COAST GUARD, PHONE: 819 8866 4999.
