98 METER M/V NEW STAR ABANDONED AND ADRIFT VICINITY 41-50N 133-15E. EIGHT PERSONS MISSING. VESSELS IN VICINITY REQUESTED TO KEEP A SHARP LOOKOUT, ASSIST IF POSSIBLE.
